Offers Part time courses in Chinese / Japanese / Korean languages in the following colleges of the University of Delhi:

  4. Delhi College of Arts and Commerce

Minimum eligibility conditions for admission

  1. One Year Certificate Course in Chinese / Japanese / Korean:

    12 years of schooling, admission on merit

     

  2. One Year Diploma Course in Chinese/ Japanese/ Korean:

    Certificate in the respective language i.e. successful completion of CP-1/ JP-1/ KP-1 offered by DEAS, Delhi University

     

  3. One Year Advanced Diploma in Chinese/ Japanese/ Korean:

Diploma in the respective language i.e. successful completion of CP-2 /JP-2/ KP-2 offered by DEAS, Delhi University

 

  • Students who have completed CP-3 are eligible to appear in the entrance test for admission to the One Year Post-graduate Intensive Advanced Diploma in Chinese offered at the Department of East Asian Studies, provided they have completed graduation with a minimum of 45% marks.

 

  • Students who have completed JP-2 / KP-2 are eligible to appear in the entrance test for admission to the One Year Post-graduate Intensive Advanced Diploma in Japanese / Korean offered at the Department of East Asian Studies, provided they have completed graduation with a minimum of 45% marks.
