CESER was founded in 1995 as a non-government, nonprofit, consultancy and research organization. The CESER is an interdisciplinary research organization and it's dedicated for environmental, social and developmental issues.

As scientists and social scientists, economists and engineers all have their role to play a significant role to find sustainable solutions for environmental issues and socio-economic development. CESER has succeeded in establishing a platform for interdisciplinary research.
