Dr. S. Majumdar is presently working as University Librarian and Head, DULS, University of Delhi, Delhi. A doctorate from Jiwaji University, Gwalier, Dr. Majumdar began his career as Professional Assistant in JNU, New Delhi and further moved to IIPA, New Delhi as Deputy Librarian and Director of the Central Secretariat Library, New Delhi.

He has a considerable experience in promotion of electronic resources, creation of digital resources as well as maintaining standards in many IT related field. He has contributed about 40 research papers in national and international journals.

Dr. Mohammed Haroon, Deputy Librarian in Delhi University Library System has completed thirty-five years of his professional career in Librarianship. Dr.Tariq  Ashraf has been educated  at Hindu College, University of
Delhi and holds Doctoral degree in Library & Information Science from Department of Library & Information Science, University of Delhi. He is currently working as Deputy Librarian at University of Delhi, and has earlier worked as Librarian at IIM, Lucknow, IILM, and Centre For Policy Research, New Delhi. Dr. Ashraf has contributed 25 research papers in various prestigious national and international journals and has been resource person at several workshops and seminars. Among his four well selling books,  a commissioned documentation of India's Parliamentary  elections since their inception in 1952 till the last election held in year 2004,  has been recognized by researchers, policy makers, psychologists and media persons as one of outstanding contribution to election studies. He has been member of Editorial Boards of several prestigious publications like Fortune Journal of International Management, ILA Bulletin, RRC Newsletter & MANLIBNET

Mr. Rajesh Singh is presently working as Deputy Librarian Electronic Resources & Training Division, University of Delhi, Delhi. A Gold Medalist from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, Mr. Singh has served various organizations in different professional capacities. He has served Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad, as Sr. Professional Assistant; IASE, MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, as Assistant Librarian and Dr. RML Avadh University, Faizabad, also as Assistant Librarian. He has around two dozens of papers to his credit.

Dr. Lokesh Sharma is presently working as Deputy University  Librarian as Head of the Ratan Tata Library (RTL), a unit of the Delhi University Library System, at the  Delhi School of Economics (DSE) in the University of Delhi for the last more than one year after serving as the Librarian for more than a decade in the Ramjas College, Delhi University. Before joining the Ramjas College, he served for about 19 years in the Delhi University Library System as Professional Assistant. He is B. Sc., M. A. in Sociology, M. L. I. S. from DU and Ph. D. in Lib. & Inf. Sc. from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.   He is  recipient of  Gold Medal from Rajasthan Univ., Jaipur for securing 1st Position at B. Lib. in the year 1975-76, Merit Certificate for securing 2nd position in the order of merit of First divisioners  at MLIS examination of DU in the year 1983-84 and Bronze Medal from FAO (UN)  for participating in an Essay Competition in the year 1984. He has authored 5 books (two titles released in Jan 2007)  in Lib. & Inf. Sc. and Sociology and 10 articles and research papers. He is active life member of the ILA and Indian Red Cross Society. To his credit, he has got computerized Library of the Ramjas College, DU in the year 2000 and now the computerization of the Ratan Tata Library, Delhi School of Economics is in progress. Before computerization of the RTL, initially the Website of the RTL was launched for the benefit of the users.

Mr. Umesh Narain Mathur, Assistant Librarian, is working with Central Science Library of Delhi University Library System. Mr. Mathur has passed the M.L.I.Sc. examination from University of Delhi with record marks and awarded Prof  S Das Gupta memorial Gold Medal from then Vice President of India Shri R.VenkataRaman. Mr. Mathur has presented  a paper on bibliometrics in 1985 ILA conference held at Jaipur.
