The Annual Survey of Indian Law 1965-2006 Information Database and search program available on CD-ROM is a source for quick retrieval of cases-law. This publication has its genesis in the ILI’s avowed objective of providing the legal fraternity an aid to keep its members informed of the developments that take place, every year in every branch of law. The trends in legislation and litigation are captured and presented precisely from 1965 onwards. The patterns and patois of developments in law could thus be property perceived by the readers.
