This is basic / simple search. You may follow the following procedures:

• 1. You just provide the search terms or keys.
• 2. Then press the "Go" button or press "Enter" (from Key Board)
• 3. Try to avoid unnecessary burden of
  • a. Punctuation marks or symbols (such as . , ; : " ' ? / \ > < ! ` ~ @ # $ % ^ & * - _ + =),
  • b. Articles (a, an, the),
  • c. Prepositions (Between, But, By, For, From, In, Into, Like, To, With, Without, Within),
  • d. Conjunction (But, Either, Or, Yet, So, For, Both, And, Neither, Nor, not only, but also),
  • e. Adjectives (good, best, famous, important, fare, fine, nice, broad, narrow, large, small, brief),
  • f. Verbs (am, is, are, was, were, have, has, had),
• 4. If you search for Econom , it will give you the result of ( Economic , Economics , Economy , Economical , Economies , Econometric )
• 5. It is not case sensitive (i.e. there is no problem of lower case or upper case).

It will also give the same result like simple search with some additional features, such as;

• 1. Database Selection option
• 2. Multiple keywords or search terms
• a. From same fields
• b. From different fields
• c. From all fields
• d. Relations among keywords or search terms using boolean operators (AND, OR, NOT)
• 3. Result per page

1. Database Selection option.

• a. If you want to search from a particular database select the particular database option
• b. If you want to search from all the databases select the "All" database option

2. Multiple keywords or search terms.

• a. From same fields
• b. From different fields
• c. From all fields

If you want to search in a particular field for the search terms or keywords, you can select that particular field ( such as Title , Subject , Publisher ).

If you want to search from all fields for the search terms or keywords, you can select "All Fields".

2. Multiple keywords or search terms.

• d. Relations among keywords or search terms using Boolean Operators ( AND , OR , NOT )
